Please note that all sales to distributors are final. Due to the nature of our partnership agreements and the bulk licensing and support structures involved, we do not offer refunds for products purchased by our official distributors. We encourage distributors to thoroughly assess their needs and their clients' requirements before finalizing any orders.
For Individual Customers
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for individual customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Quick Heal or Seqrite software. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's policies.
